Migration and POC - Get a Home Personalized to Your Usage Goals¶
For users new to BotCity products, focusing on migration or building POCs, the Home not only provides the standard resources but also offers a personalized guide tailored to each usage goal. This is made possible by an integration between the onboarding process and the Home, where the user's responses during onboarding directly influence the content presented.
Migration Guide - Smooth Transition with Dynamic Support¶
For users migrating from other platforms to BotCity, find information and support from our team to ease transitions between systems. The “Migrating from” section opens personalized options based on the selected native platform.

- Need Help: Schedule a conversation with our team of experts.
- Coming from: Discover stories of companies that migrated from other softwares to BotCity.
Creating POCs (Proofs of Concept) - From Scratch to Success¶
For users turning to BotCity to create POCs (Proofs of Concept) and indicating this during onboarding, just like in migration cases, the Home provides personalized information and support. The "Who will build your automations?" section opens personalized options based on the selected response.
- My developers team - Find support for your team to build the POC from scratch.
- Invite users: Invite users to start a POC in your Workspace.
- Preferences: Indicate if any customization is needed during the trial period to complete your POC.
- Automate: Explore features and resources of the BotCity Orchestrator.
