BotCity Insights¶

BotCity Insights is a module dedicated to reporting and displaying data related to your RPA initiative.

Through the functionalities of BotCity Insights, we can configure and view customized dashboards, containing information about automations, tasks, errors, and Runners.

Additionally, it is also possible to generate reports and integrate with other services to build dashboards, such as PowerBI.

In the following sections, we will better understand all the available features in BotCity Insights and also the necessary configurations to use these resources.
