Opportunity Hub

The Opportunity Hub is a BotCity product designed to centralize and manage process automation opportunities within the company.

Each opportunity is based on the characteristics and rules defined by the company. These opportunities can reach the Opportunity Hub through initial collection forms, where employees can submit their automation ideas.

After submission, each opportunity goes through an evaluation and prioritization workflow, enabling the automation team to make more informed decisions about which processes to automate first.

Overview of Opportunity Hub

Who is it for?

  • Process Analyst: Someone familiar with process analysis methodologies and responsible for providing technical and operational information for assessing its automation potential.
  • Process Leader: The person responsible for prioritizing process automation within the company.
  • Developer: They can access important information about the opportunity through the Opportunity Hub.
  • Employees: Anyone within the company who has an automation idea can submit their opportunity to the Opportunity Hub.

Opportunity Hub Cycle

  1. The team responsible for the Opportunity Hub determines which information is essential for the initial collection of an opportunity through custom variables.
  2. The team invites external collaborators to submit their ideas by sharing an initial opportunity collection form.
  3. Upon receiving each opportunity, the responsible team processes the ideas using statuses and evaluations within the Opportunity Hub.
